Lauren: [00:00:02] Hello and welcome back to Enterprise Coworking Community Spotlight. This month we are sitting down with Chris Wilocki and Elizabeth Harms with VIATechnik. Thank you guys so much for sitting down with me today and talking a little bit about the company.

Lauren: [00:00:23] So let's get into it. Why don't you guys tell us a little bit about what you guys do?
Elizabeth: [00:00:29] Okay. So I'll do this kind of from a an outsider's perspective. Basically, we create 3D and 4D electronic models of construction projects. So if you think of architects blueprints and every page is a different focus, we put all of that information into one big electronic model so that you can see everything together. Then the other side of our business is software and we have, I believe it's five software products that we are now selling.
Lauren: [00:01:04] Oh, nice, nice, Awesome.
Elizabeth: [00:01:06] Chris, did I get it right?
Chris: [00:01:08] Pretty good.
Lauren: [00:01:12] Perfect. How long have you guys been in business?
Elizabeth: [00:01:16] Started May of 2012. So we've been in business for 11 years now. We're actually in I think we're in 17 states at this point, and our headquarters is actually in Chicago.
Lauren: [00:01:29] Nice, nice. How long have you been in Denver?
Elizabeth: [00:01:34] Uh, 2021 I think we moved here. Is that right, Chris? Do you know.
Chris: [00:01:40] I think a little bit earlier than that. Yeah, earlier.
Elizabeth: [00:01:46] I'm not sure.
Chris: [00:01:49] Around 2020.
Lauren: [00:01:51] Cool. Awesome. Yeah. So what makes VIATechnik different from other companies in the field?
Elizabeth: [00:02:00] I'm gonna let Chris take that one.
Chris: [00:02:03] I think the one thing that separates us from everybody else is we have a different approach to how we deal with our clients. So instead of just providing a service, that's a one time thing for a project or a client, we really focus on the client more than the project, so we want to learn what makes them tick, what's important to them, what are their future goals, how does their team work, You know, what are they seeing in the future and think that's that's what we focus on as a larger team as opposed to maybe some of our competitors.
Lauren: [00:02:36] So awesome.Why did you guys choose Enterprise Coworking?
Elizabeth: [00:02:44] Well, I can tell you, we put together the move a palooza meetings where everybody in Denver got to like put in input into what they wanted and where they wanted to be. And Enterprise is the perfect location and is active and fun. And yeah, so that's that's why we ended up choosing it.
Lauren: [00:03:09] Awesome. Yeah, we love having you guys in this space. So last question. Speaking to our viewers, your fellow Enterprise members or whoever may be watching, is there anything else that you would like them to know about the company that you guys do or anything like that?
Chris: [00:03:32] I'll just second what Elizabeth said. You know, we've been in two other offices so far, and obviously office space coming out of Covid is really different. But I can and I told this, Elizabeth, when we just got the place, like it's so nice to see human beings and get out and see people and there's actually people working here and it's just a really it's the best building we've had so far. Hands down.
