Trustpilot has been with Enterprise Coworking RiNo since February of 2017 and we couldn’t be more thrilled to have this hardworking, passionate and sociable team with us! Trustpilot was founded in 2007 and is the “world’s most powerful review platform - free and open to all” with over 700 employees, dedicated in having a place to connect consumers and businesses. They are in our 50-person suite in our RiNo neighborhood in Denver, and have offices in Copenhagen, New York City, London, Vilnius, Melbourne and Berlin!
We are fortunate to have Trustpilot’s Office Assistant in Denver, Holly Emmons, take the time to tell us more about Trustpilot’s experience at Enterprise Coworking, their advice to success, and her rockstar power in help managing the team!
What made you want to join the Enterprise Coworking community?
Previous to being at Enterprise Coworking, our office was in a different coworking space. I think that we are drawn to these types of communities because they allow for a unique environment that fosters hard work, creativity, and collaboration. They also allow us to maintain a bit of autonomy and make our space unique to our brand. Having an office community that takes care of the daily operations of running an office allows for our team to focus on growing our company. We also were looking for a place that would give us space to grow - the parking was becoming an issue at our old location but Enterprise takes that stress away from our office. The Denver office for Trustpilot began small but has grown to 50 employees quite quickly! Being in the RiNo neighborhood has been another great perk to working in Enterprise. We have been able to foster great relationships with local businesses for happy hours, catered lunches, and office parties.
Tell us about the story of how Trustpilot came to be; the team and service.
Trustpilot was born from Peter Holten Muhlmann in Denmark. After his parents began shopping online, he noticed that they were unable to find reviews for the products they were interested in. This is where Peter developed his idea for Trustpilot! It was his goal to “create and maintain a community of trustworthy and useful reviews.” Trustpilot’s mission is to bring people and companies together to create ever-improving experiences for everyone. Since we were founded in 2007, we have grown to 700+ employees, 7 offices, and over 56 million reviews! I think it is amazing how far Trustpilot has come in the past decade and we are excited to see where we go in the future.
You are in one of our biggest suites here! What has been your key to your growth/success?
The key to our growth and success is truly multifaceted. For starters, I think that we have a global team that is incredibly motivated. Right from the start, our new hires are immersed in a detailed training program that allows them to really understand our company and the product. We also offer incentives to top performers ranging from a Governor’s Dinner every month in the Denver office to President’s Club, which is a trip for top performers across the globe. Past locations for this have been Mexico and Croatia, with Italy being this fall! Additionally, Trustpilot does a great job fulfilling our values of integrity, trust, and transparency. Our teams are constantly working together on both their individual goals and team goals, receiving support from their managers and other teams in the office. The office is full of competitive, bright, passionate people who contribute largely to our growth and success, both in Denver and across the globe.
What do you find most rewarding in your role, Holly as an Office Assistant?
I love being able to contribute to the Trustpilot team here in Denver. Our employees are busy and as our office continues to grow, I think it is important to have someone in my position to ensure that we are maintaining our Trustpilot culture and making this office a fun place to work, while also keeping it organized and running smoothly. Having offices across the world can make being cohesive difficult, but my global office team works diligently to make every office feel connected and like part of the bigger picture. We try to embody the “work hard, play hard” mentality - from Rockies opening day celebrations, to kickball leagues and catered lunches, it is exciting for me to create outlets that allow employees to take a break and be recognized for their tireless work.
