Please, tell us about yourself.

I am a professional freelancer with a long history of working in the hospitality industry. I speak 4 languages fluently and can have a meaningless conversation in 2 more. My sense of humor might get me in trouble sometimes, but it is not going anywhere any time soon, so buckle up!

What motivates you to wake up and go to work?

I am a very social person, but as a freelancer I have been working from home for 5 years, which felt like forever. I greatly appreciate the whole concept of a coworking space, where you are not only able to get you work done but you also become a part of a community. I love working with people, as well as working for people. If you ever need assistance, I'll be there to help you.

What is a skill you learned from previous positions that you can bring to Enterprise?

Patience. Lots of patience. Before Enterprise Coworking I worked at a luxury residential property, which was equivalent to having over 300 kids of my own. So today, for me there are no "stupid" questions, or shocking requests, I've heard it all.

What do you hope to accomplish and learn by working at Enterprise Coworking?

I am a "dinosaur" when it comes to technology. I want to catch up with technological innovations and modern ways to do things, which are prevalent at Enterprise Coworking.

In 3 words, how would you describe Enterprise?

Modern, relaxed, friendly.

What would you say is the biggest accomplishment that shaped your career choices?

Getting out of my comfort zone and starting freelancing was a big confidence boost. Since English is not my first or second language, I am still struggling with things like official correspondence and proper pronunciation, so please, bear with me. Writing over 10 blogs and numerous PR projects made me realize I wasn't that bad. Today I believe I can accomplish anything I set my mind to.

What do you like to do in your free time?

I am a very versatile person, I enjoy trying new things if they don't include mountain bike riding (very bad experience). You might see me at a death metal concert one day and at a Disney on Ice performance the next. The city is my playground, so if you need an advice on a fun night out, I'm your girl.

I know you have traveled quite a bit in your life, where would you say is your favorite place to visit?

I lived by the ocean for 5 years. I miss it immensely. When I lived in a small coastal town, Oqunquit, ME, I had a favorite hidden bench, overlooking the ocean. I loved taking a break from all the life's noise on that beach. And I would lie if I didn't mention my yearning for NYC. That city is the epitome of being "alive," but too much of a good thing can make you sick, that's why I only visit it occasionally.

Do you have a favorite quote? If so, why is it important to you?

I live by the Golden rule: Treat others the way you would want to be treated. This is the quote that guides me, because unless you live on an inhabited island, you rely on people in one way or another, so you have to be able to get along with them.

Thank you, Sasha, for taking the time so Enterprise Coworking members can get to know you!
