This month Lauren sat down with Jessica Hubbard, AIA, NCARB, who is a Principal at GMSHAY and leads all new business development efforts as well as the firm’s Colorado office. Jessica received her Master of Architecture from the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) and began her career with GMSHAY in 2017, focusing primarily on hospitality and institutional design. Since relocating to Colorado, Jessica has become a licensed architect in the state and has led the production of numerous multifamily communities across Colorado. Jessica is deeply committed to growing GMSHAY’s presence in Colorado, actively collaborating with municipalities, developers, and local business owners to strengthen community partnerships and advance thoughtful, sustainable design. Passionate about mentoring the next generation of designers, she has also taught as a part-time Revit instructor at Front Range Community College and remains active in AIA Colorado, Women in Design, and the Urban Land Institute.
